Listen, I know the idea of rest to a bodybuilder is just a tad on the ‘boring’ side, but you know what? I gotta mention it because it is such an essential part of any success you experience as a bodybuilder.
Yep, it’s that important!
It’s a fact that we do most of our growing in the resting periods between workouts and having enough sleep is essential if you want to maximize your muscle gains.
Now, I don’t want to make this a long post because I don’t need to. I just wanted to remind you to get adequate rest in between implementing all of the ideas and training programs I share with you. 🙂
Just start by trimming an hour off your ‘go to bed’ time for a week and see how you feel.
I guarantee you will experience a rapid improvement in the way your train, your strength levels, your determination and endurance.
And that’s gotta be good, right?
